Let start by looking at how you can access Mercado Plan and all of the great pre-built courses that are available for you.
Step 1: Accessing Mercado Plan
To access Plan, log into Mercado and click the PLAN tab at the top of your Mercado dashboard.
From the drop-down menu, click COMPLIANCE AND VETTING.
Your browser will automatically open a pop-up window which will take you to your Mercado Plan dashboard. Here, you can see all of the courses accessible to you to access.
Step 2: Accessing a course
Click on the course that you would like to start.
You will be taken to the course welcome page, which will give you a brief overview of the course before you get started. Click START THIS COURSE to start the course.
Step 3: Navigating a course
Once you have started the course, you will be led through the course section by section. You can go back to a section at anytime by clicking the BACK button, or to continue to the next section, click the NEXT button.
You can track your course progress on the left hand side navigation bad, and see your percentage progress displayed on the top of the left hand navigation.
To return back to the courses home page, click COURSES at the top of the main navigation menu.
Step 4: Checking the status of your courses
From the home page, you can see which courses you are yet to start, which are in progress and which courses you have completed already. You may also see some courses labelled as "Not available” — this means the course has a limited number of users. To access this course, speak directly to your importer admin user.
Step 5: Returning to Mercado Labs
You can return back to your main Mercado Dashboard at any time to access your other Mercado products. Simply click the Mercado logo in the top left of the navigation bar.
